The VSPE Legislative Committee actively follows all legislation that impacts professional engineers and the engineering profession. There are currently four members on the committee plus the Executive Director. Our registered lobbyists include Ms. Leigh Dicks, CAE, Executive Director, Reggie Jones, Esq., and Chris Nolen, Esq., with Williams Mullens in Richmond.
