Location
The workshop will be held at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel, 777 Waterside Drive, Norfolk, Virginia, 23510. The hotel is located in downtown Norfolk along the Elizabeth River and allows easy access to locations throughout the Tidewater Virginia area.

Directions and a map will be sent to you via email or over the phone/fax upon request. Air travel to the seminar is conveniently available at the nearby Norfolk International Airport. Rental cars and taxi services are available at the airport.

Attire
Business-Casual. Due to the common fluctuations in temperature in the seminar rooms it is suggested that you bring a sweater or jacket to the seminar.

Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by May 15, 2004. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the participant or sponsoring organization is responsible for the fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.

Continuing Education Units/ PDHs
Upon completion of the seminar, each participant will be awarded a certificate for PDHs or AIA learning units earned.
